Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance only and are not guaranteed.

Our standard delivery timeframe is generally 5–10 business days after order processing, although actual delivery times may vary.

Plenzi is not responsible for delays caused by courier operations, weather, public holidays, festivals, incorrect customer information, remote delivery locations, transportation disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Orders may occasionally be shipped in separate packages where products are fulfilled from different locations or through different fulfillment partners.
